The situation is rather simple and I will detail it here from my POV.
In RF keep I had just bought some healing wine and armor from a JOAT (Jackofalltrades). I had offered the left over wine to a guy named Jimbo. An Unsullied then grabbed the wine and started drinking it. I called him out and must have said something along the lines of "This nigga stole my wine". As that is simply how I talk and people are very well accustomed to this to those who know me. Now as we know saying Nigga is something accepted on here; as long as its not used in a racist sense of course.
I was busy fighting the Unsullied when I was TP'd by Gorbo and accused of saying the N word with the hard R. Now of course I had not said this and immediately argued against it. Exclaiming how I would not say that as I detest the word, and then asked if he could send me any footage of me saying it. He then went quiet for a moment while i mumbled to myself. He then returned me. I went on to fight the Unsullied (Gorbo included in that group). After some wolves and a Giant came in I was bested. There was no issue in this as it ended off seemingly fine. A solid 10 minutes must have passed from my initial accusation and return. I was speaking to the same JOAT and acquired more armor and such, and was prepared to continue just going around the land.
I was then TP'd by Gorbo again who simply stated "You are being banned". I then obviously got very mad and asked him why and started detesting the matter. Again stating I wanted him to show any proof aside from his fellow Unsullied simply telling him they heard it. He ignored me and went quiet. I continued to protest as I rightfully was very upset about it as I had done no such thing. He then stated "I am banning you for a month". And I was then banned for 4 weeks.
So to simply state why this ban needs to be revoked...
1. There has been absolutely no proof of me saying the word through any means aside from simple word of mouth, something that is absolutely required for such a situation.
2. I have no past record nor reason to be suspect of acting in such a way. While I do rather love to cuss, I have never said anything offensive in this manner. Any of the players well acquainted with me would attest to this stipulation. I can be loud, aggressive, and a potty mouth. But I try my best to be respectful to anyone who has done nothing to garner anything less.
3. I have strived to get back on the staff team, as I have grown to be very fond of the community and wanted to give back. I have had no quarrel in the past weeks and have done very well with managing my temper. It makes quite literally NO SENSE that I would let myself slip up and do something so heinous.
4. And again. I DONT LIKE THAT WORD AND WOULD NEVER SAY IT SO CASUALLY.
Thank you for your time, this situation was foolish and very frustrating. Hopefully this can be resolved quickly so I may return soon and happily.

the admins hate there life so they take it out on players on garrys mod. they banned me for 8 weeks because i asked for an unban, , i played on many severs where if you say nigger you get banned and i have never been banned off any of teh other severs , but this one banned me over it and i never say it , i think teh admins are just sad no life ban happy retards,

I was the JOAT who gave you wine and armor and the situation did go almost as stated above. I was leaving the keep when I heard you say something a long the lines of "this n-word (hard r) took my wine." Maybe you didn't mean to say the hard r, but it was definitely said. As you should know, it's Staff's job to enforce the rules and that's what he was doing. The fact the Unsullied are part of his guild is irrelevant to the situation, as Gorbo simply said "Did he just say the hard r?" and they replied yes or no. While I understand your frustration, the fact of the matter is it was said and Gorbo was just doing his job.

Me and Unsullied were walking out of the keep. Beowulf was attacking us and I was attacking him when I heard him say somewhere along the lines of "give me back my wine you N**ger." I then proceeded to noclip to a staff room and brought Beowulf. He said he didn't say it so I returned him not wanting to take my own sit and not knowing anyone else heard him say it. I went to Trinity's channel in discord and we were talking about it. At this time Dany told me she heard it too so I proceeded to make another sit and TP Beowulf back to me. I told him he was going to receive a 1-month ban for racism. Your past isn't implemented when I'm handing out a punishment. Im sorry if you were trying to become staff but I don't tolerate racism.

Reply here... That's just not true. If it was a case where I said nigga and it came out wrong thats one thing. But you're implying I said a sentence completely with a disposition towards aiming to using that word. If that was the case I'd be salty but admit I was in the wrong. But I simply didn't say the damn word. There was over 14 people talking at the same time so I'm trying to be understanding to why. But I didn't say the R. My past is completely involved just like in any analytical case. I have no past history of such language and am a person who admits my mistakes is what I wanted derived from referring to my history. Again this is why its not fair unless any sort of footage was shown to confirm this. Otherwise its just a matter of you and Dany simply saying "I'm pretty sure he said it so he's gonna be banned".

just a word of advice the admins are trolls they will not unbann you m they are stalty 9 year old snot nose autstic brats , do not waste your time , your not going to get unbanned , infact they will enjoy watching you beg and beg forever and even if they do unbann you now they have it out for you and will ban you again very soon, just accept that this sever is now dead and move on with your life. this sever is dead, rip moonlight sever we loved you , we hate the mods they are trolls and sad mad unhappy people at that ,

And by the way their stipulation regarding what they believe me to have said oppose so adversely, as in the two proposed sentences Dany and Gorbo state me to have transposed, it shows this is simply them going off of assumption and what they are creating in their mind to fit the story in their heads. Its common in any situation like this.
I am not mad at either of the involved, as it is an understandable discrepancy. But the fact of the matter is I did not say the hard R.
While I understand this isn't exactly a court case, I study law so its hard to not immediately transgress such a mentality. In any situation, one is innocent until proven guilty. In any case documented, no proper system would convict a harsh punishment simply off those opposed by outside parties without evidence highlighting and showing the proposed broken law; in this case broken rule

Just need to acknowledge I never allude to his involvement with the group having an effect on his decision. Simply stating it for teh record of situation. It is completely relevant if im trying to disclose the course of events.

one thing the admins did in game was trick me in to killing them by prevoking me and when i killed them because they trap you in and you feel like you have no other choice they will ban you for rdm , so they like to play tricks to use there ban powers because they get off on it because they are fat nerds with girl voice and bigger tits then the girls they go to school with , so they take it out on banning people , they are the kind of kids they will end up shooting up there high school when mom does not buy them the newest xbox ,

Reply here... That's just not true. If it was a case where I said nigga and it came out wrong thats one thing. But you're implying I said a sentence completely with a disposition towards aiming to using that word. If that was the case I'd be salty but admit I was in the wrong. But I simply didn't say the damn word. There was over 14 people talking at the same time so I'm trying to be understanding to why. But I didn't say the R. My past is completely involved just like in any analytical case. I have no past history of such language and am a person who admits my mistakes is what I wanted derived from referring to my history. Again this is why its not fair unless any sort of footage was shown to confirm this. Otherwise its just a matter of you and Dany simply saying "I'm pretty sure he said it so he's gonna be banned".[/quote]
We were never pretty sure you said it we were 100% sure you said it. Nowhere in what I just wrote does say anything about not being 100% on you saying the N-word. And like I said your past doesn't matter in the way if I said the n-word my past wouldn't matter either. A total of 4 people heard you including 2 staff which is more than enough to ban someone.

I believe there is validity in what both parties are saying. I commend the staff members for acting on what they believe was right and Beowulf for having a convincing and well thought out argument. With the lack of proof from either party for the malicious use or not of a slur I will render this issue void. Appeal accepted you will be un-banned.
