Roughly. A : I used to play a lot before this summer, for a few months, but I didn't have time, so I was only on every few weeks, but now I'm back. I was just a lowly mod, though, and I couldn't get on as much during my final weeks. Also, a lack of mass-RP. To the first one, I doubt I could do much, but the second could be fixed with events and the likes. To be totally honest, the only thing I could really do is help build things or set up events (and the like) since it would be a while before I'd get the prestigious position high enough to actually hold events.  Q : Why should we choose you as a staff member [75 word minimum] A : I may have missed about four months of updates and changes (like my lad Solid becoming a director), but I still remember most of the rules and guidelines, and have looked over the new ones. Now, this in itself is nothing astonishing, but I also have experience staffing on this server specifically and know how to do it somewhat effectively and efficiently. Now, I'm not a god among men, but I do have a pretty good understanding of people, which could help me give the rest off the staff team feedback and help with some individuals or groups, as well as the central staff team with setting up events that the whole playerbase would enjoy. As in -from my knowledge- the past few days. Perhaps you should spend some time trying to understand if you are ready for a Staff position. -Finally, your activity times. Playing three days a week for two hours at a time totals at six hours a week. While this is fine, I question whether this will start to drag upon you. From what I can gather, you play on multiple servers and might hop around a lot- this could be a misunderstanding on my end. Found my Steam ID, here it is STEAM_1:1:128954448 In a generalized response: 6 Hours a week is at minimum, and I agree that more time actually just being on the server and hanging around is a good idea. I'll certainly keep this in mind. Also, to clarify, I don't go on pretty much any other server, because most of the ones I did go on are either dead or cringey crack-headetry, however still, I appreciate the response.
