What reason are you reporting them for? (RDM, FailRP...) :Vlad brought me into a sit with 3 other people, 3 people who were "in trouble" and the guy who called the sit. The guy who called the sit was a monarch that me and the other people just killed for not paying us after we became his men. Before the sit, while we were trying to get our money, a staff came into the royal room and said "if you want to kill him just type /advert assist", and that we did. We killed the king, the guy got mad and called the sit, but vlad dismissed the sit after he realized that we were actually telling the truth and that the monarch had waited more than 5 minutes to pay us. Later on, about 15-30 minutes later, I am flying around as a dragon then get called to another sit, with Vlad and the old Monarch. Vlad said that I had broken failrp by not waiting enough time after adverting assist, but I kept telling him that another admin said it would be fine, and the other people in the sit previous were saying that same thing. Vlad just kept telling me to read the motd after I kept telling him that another admin said it was fine, then he brought up the warn menu. I tried to fly off because I thought he could warn me anywhere, but he brought me back and froze and jailed me. That is about it for that segment, I also have proof of him RPing while cloaked/on duty. My friend was buying VIP xp books, so Vlad tped to him and said "3k for a vip book, ill go for it" or something along the lines of that, and whilst my friend were pointing out that he was still cloaked he said in voice "it's ok, i'm taking sits anyways", trying to make it seem ok to RP while on duty
How did they break this rule?: Evidence (Without evidence we can’t do anything) : RPing while on duty, I don't know if he broke a rule with the sits. I have also witnessed him abuse staff by jailing/freezing people, I do not know if it was because of a sit and forgot to unjail/unfreeze them, the people call out for help in chat, but go unnoticed apparently.

Sheesh, exploiting the voting system with one guild, being cloaked on duty for another. Besides you shouldn't have left the sit like ever but still that was your fault in that regard but he should at least talk to the other staff member before immeditality warning you if other staff member said it was alright.
