I would never warn someone without having proof in logs, seeing it with my own eyes or having the player who is being accused admit it which is common. When not in a sit I fly around watching players and situations which commonly turn into sits, this way i have seen the situation unravel with my own eyes, although I do not remember this sit exactly, If i gave you the warn and allowed the victim to choose whether or not you'd be verbally warned or writing warned that means I saw what happened which in this case was you using elven agility mid-combat and that's something i have plenty experience in knowing the difference as i used to play witcher and hunted vampires which would do this commonly, if i brought you to the sit room and then you most likely told me you were coming back after a long time means, in this case, I would give the victim the chance depending on how this situation effected him to have a writing or verbal. The fact is if you denied using it, and the player who made the report said you did it and there was no proof, I wouldn't have warned you. This appeal is worded to make me look bad and make you look innocent, I'm an experienced staff member with most of my 2000+ hours in Garry's mod from staffing, I clearly saw this situation with my own eyes and therefore gave you the punishment. This appeal is false with no proof and I don't appreciate member of the community lying in their appeals, I always give both sides a chance to talk to the fact is you had the chance to defend yourself and if I didn't give you the chance to speak i would have never known you were returning after a long time away therefore given you a written warn from the start and not give the player the chance to decided between the written and verbal.
